Both daily and monthly rates are available. The minimum size requirement for the dockage rate is 30 feet in length.
80 Feet and larger- $3.75 per foot
From fifty to seventy-nine feet- $3.25 per foot
Forty-nine and under- $2.75 per foot
Weekly Fees per foot-
Eighty and up- $3.25
50-79 feet- $2.75
49 feet and under- $2.25
Monthly rates are $32 per foot.

What Amenities Does The Harbour Town Yacht Basic Include
The marina offers many services in addition to being front and center on the grounds of a resort. The dockage fees include many great amenities.

With the Harbour Town Yacht Basin being central to all of the fun activities that Sea Pines has to offer, a resort fee is in addition to the dockage and power charges. The resort fee is $7.00 per day or $75.00 a month.
This additional charge allows you access to all that Sea Pines has to offer. The resort is well known for Harbour Town golf. Three premier courses are at your disposal, with greens and cart fees being in addition to the resort fee. Sea Pines is host to the PGA tour event RBC Heritage. Other great amenities are also available from the resort, including the Harbour Town swimming pool, two hours of complimentary tennis each day during the stay, fitness center access, shopping, and dining.
Many of the dining options are just steps away from where your boat will be docked. Marina dining offers excellent coastal views. Six restaurants in the resort are under the Sea Pines umbrella. Both Harbourside and The QuarterDeck are situated in the marina. The QuarterDeck offers more upscale dining while Harbourside features live music, a tropical feel, cold beers, fruity drinks, and tasty bar food, including seafood.
